Intel SSD 320 G3 160GB Raid 0 入手測試，附Intel SSD 320詳細規格及新增功能說明

繼前天的Intel SSD 320 120GB後，昨天又入了兩個160GB，目前手上的SSD也換得差不多了，下一次要再換SSD可能要等到傳說中的Intel 522 SandForce Controller SSD出現。

Intel G3已正式改名為Intel SSD 320，但包裝盒和G2並沒有大分別，甚至連所用的Controller也一樣，SSD型號結尾仍採用G3為Product Code。

先來就是單隻Intel SSD 320 120GB的HD Tune Read測試，最高連續讀取速度為269MB/s







HD Tune Write測試，最高連續寫入速度為170MB/s

看来G3 160GB的连续写入比G2提高不少

由以下Intel所公佈的數據來看，G3 160GB的寫入壽命與X25-M G2 160GB持平，同樣為15TB。

那g3的寿命相比g2是持平，还是像网上说的降低，有没具体的数据？

G3新上市，暫時只能參考Intel廠方所公佈的數據，實際狀況最少要等半年或一年後再看統計數字

只要配合TRIM和Intel SSD Toolbox使用便不用擔心失速
