什么是Refurbished?

就是厂家重新翻新过的，并且认证过没有问题的，在美国翻新的概念和国内不太一样，并不是坏了的或用了很久的才被翻新，其实是有14天出售后不满意无条件退货的机器，也可能是查封后不满意立即退掉的机器，因为在美国退货是件很容易的事情。同时cisco对所有的refurbish都是certified,所以很多美国人喜欢买这种机器，因为比较实惠。
