大或者小都可以提升性能，看你这个阵列是干什么用的了
这个值越小，阵列的存储性能越高，空间利用率越高，但是读取性能会相对降低一点，IO性能也会相对降低。
值越大，读取性能和IO性能，还有大批量小文件存取越快，但是空间利用率比较差，存储性能。
其实用一个词说这个就是“粒度”，粒度大了有好处，小了也有好处，关键看需求~
p.s. 专业的说法咱不会，大概就这个意思了，呵呵
