固捷SOLIWARE SSD的固态硬盘已经全面量产上市了，目前容量为32G64G128G，接口为SATAPATA，规格为2.5寸、1.8寸。有MLC的也有SLC的。

The Soliware MLC 64GB is a very good SSD, you can't believe it is an MLC until you see the prices.
This is the BEST SSD in an entry and mid range, and the best MLC ever. With more write performances than the Intel X-25 MLC and also stable performances even if it is stressed.
In this section we will see the Soliware MLC 64GB in a Asus Striker II Formula, with nVidia 780 chipset, 2.4GHz quad core, 4 GB RAM and Vista Ultimate 64-bit SP1. The drive is placed as second drive, formatted and the test was made 5 times.

And Crystal disk, in the first line the sequential read and write speed, in the second and third line we have a random read and random write at 4KB and 512KB

and a copy and paste, it start at 100MB/s, go quickly at 60MB/s, end at 49.0MB/s after 2min 32 sec 29

And finally a serious test with Iometer, a very usefull tool from Intel. Our test cover basic range, in 512B and 64KB, in a real environnement percent read/write distribution: 80%read/20%write, and 67%read/33%write.

Intel X-25 MLC Soon the test evaluation, we know already that he have a massive decreasing performance if used in a multi-users environment (server), we want to test it in a multitasking environment (desktop). 213MB/s read 75 MB/s write, more than 2'000 IOPS, but if stressed it can decrease at only 0,4MB/s write and 0,7ms acces time!

The read performance are not so high than the Intel X-25MLC, the write performances are higher (the Soliware MLC 64GB have more than 100 MB/s write, the Soliware MLC 32GB have 70MB/s) , and the IOPS are stable and without problem even if it is intensive stressed.

这个4k写入真诡异，建议重新测试下
hdtune的测试都有30多m，怎么这个还不到1啊。读20几，写0.2，这个数据太不正常

是啊，固捷这种自己用编程芯片开发软件当主控的，成本太高了，又没能力开发一个主控芯片出来。开发上也略显不足，看看4k写入的龟速就知道。
精神可嘉，但也要考虑到实际啊，最终零售价太高了。等intel的SSD大量铺货或者intel出售主控芯片，那固捷就危险了。

不变态，是阵列卡上的缓存缓冲的结果而已
4K随机写入差，所以才有会顿的问题
