Download and installation info:

7 I! y2 F; A% e' G2 I- unpack the Support Pack to C:SupportPack, for example.1 K1 D9 W" N* Q

- uninstall the driver running C:SupportPackDriversSetup.exe, check Delete all shared Creative audio driver files.: N3 S# L* E* w. o3 m

- reboot, unpack this driver, run Setup.exe and follow the instructions.
