D11是40nm制程产品，目前不清楚是基于G92还是GT200，从定位上看基于G92可能性更大。

OK. The roadmaps I saw said GTX280, but the code names say 55nm. From that I would say that the parts are 55nm GT200b based, possibly with a little speed bump. NV has to do something, depending on where the clocks end up (I don't actually know the final clock FWIW, just hopes of where they would be)
