The ZOTAC GeForce GTX 460 3DP packs three DisplayPort and one dual-link DVI connectors that are capable of driving up to four independent displays simultaneously with a combined resolution up to 6400x1200.Three DisplayPort connectors enable the ZOTAC GeForce GTX 460 3DP to support resolutions up to 4800x1200 across three independent displays for true spanned triple-monitor computing. A dual-link DVI output enables connectivity to extreme high-definition displays with the ZOTAC GeForce GTX 460 3DP for connectivity to a single monitor at resolutions up to 2560x1600 for users without DisplayPort capable displays.

现在GPU内部集成的RAMDAC都只有两个，一般频率都是400mhz
如果你要利用RAMDAC做输出的话，那最多就只能输出两个，比如DVI/DVI,DVI/HDMI
DP接口不需要依赖RAMDAC
自己纠正一下，应该是TMDS，DVI/HDMI输出靠的这个

另外，NV对这种产品的推出应该是会禁止的吧，毕竟抢了自家Quadro NVS系列的饭碗，GF100公版卡不支持多屏应该是NVIDIA故意限制，接口是双DVI+mini HDMI，硬件上就无法满足3屏了

那时候因为没劈开 DP、DVI link，而只是多焊接几个头而已。

加了桥接芯片支持的，最大是3+1屏，不能组真正4屏

同时那3个DP接口有分辨率限制，每接口最大1600 x 1200，三屏幕最大4800 x 1200的分辨率，不支持5760 x 1200的fhd分辨率
DVI无限制，但不能组合使用

这个技术 不成熟，把一个 DUAL-LINK里面的两个link通过外置的TMDS SILICON IMAGE芯片 分成两个输出，只能实现 同一个输出的 横向或者纵向扩展，就是说把一个  2560*1920分割成两个屏幕，当然也可以自定义屏幕 分辨率（在2560之内）
这个功能没有驱动支持，分辨率设定 和软件支持 都会很麻烦

比较怪异的是 完全可以做成4DVI输出，干嘛要用DP，很麻烦。

   "索泰GTX 460 3DP实现“首款单卡4屏输出”的工作原理并不算复杂，它利用了一颗附加桥接芯片来驱动3个DisplayPort接口，再加上显卡本身提供的1个原生DVI输出从而达成了4头显示。不过由于桥接芯片的规格限制，这款显卡的3个DisplayPort输出都不能支持Full HD，最高支持分辨率仅为1600 x 1200，不过索泰承诺下代产品将会改进。"

加了一个桥接芯片，又不原生，还不支持Full HD，和ATI的比起来不是山寨是什么！
