我现在是用的5I+6颗西数绿盘组的R5
请问一下如果收个6I，是不是直接替换上去就能用了啊

应该是直接换上去就能用的

备份也没什么可以备份的啊阵列信息都在盘里就算换上去不能用换回来也没什么问题

把硬盘对应的接口记清楚就好了

试过，在5i上做的RAID，移到6I上直接就能用。

再返回去5I就不能认到了，要重新设置了（数据当然也就没了）

LSI稱為Drive Migration..
Drive migration is the transfer of a set of drives in an existing configuration from one
controller to another. The drives must remain on the same channel and must be
reinstalled in the same order as in the original configuration. The controller to which
you migrate the drives cannot have an existing configuration.

set of drives in an existing configuration這部分可以簡稱為COD(Configuration On Disk)..

但是做OAR時...
Phy. slot最好要能對應原來的...
因為他沒辦法和Drive Roaming同時並存..

我之前寫的那份文件都有記載各家RAID Controller的支持能力...

可以，试过。当年手上先有一张5I，后来又有一张6I，能升级但不能降回来。
