我有一台笔记本电脑，装的是XP系统。上周五打开的时候因运行不久后死机，手动关了一次电源后，在启动时启动画面运行不久后出现了以下的蓝屏信息然后就死掉了。

These steps:
Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for and windows updates youmight need.
If problems continue,disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software.disable BIOS memory options such as caching of shadwing. If you need to use saft mode to remove of disable components, restare your computer, press F8 toselect Advanced startup options,and then select saft mode.

上网查了半天，作了一下的修复工作，但还是不好用。

1，用CHKDSK /r命令修复时，到40%的时候提示有1个以上的问题存在解决不了，然后结束。
2，用硬盘修复工具时，查到有10个坏道，修复成功没成功不清楚。
3，用WINDOWS PE启动，然后用PQMAGIC查看时，能够看到各个盘，但是用其分区时，提示硬盘I/O读写错误，格式化是也是一样。
4，后来一狠心，回到DOS用FDISK分区，但是重起格式化后，发现也不行。
5，用XP安装盘安装时，盘符都能显示正确，但是分区的位置显示不明分区，分区删除，安装都不成功，提示安装更新错误。

昨天抱着试试看的态度开了一次机，竟然又好用了，但运行不久后又出现上述蓝屏，然后又启动不了了。那位高手能帮助解答一下，万分感谢。顺便问一下，分区不好用是不是0、磁道坏了，硬盘还能修嘛？可是坏了的话为什么还能成功的启动一次呢？
