请教硬碟S.M.A.R.T.参数 spin up time

以前的WD800JB的spin up time这一项好像是0的
现在新买的WD3200KS，这一项是5000多，不太固定，每次开机有变化，波动范围在5050-5100之间
HDDLife pro这个软件就据此降低了它了健康状况得分，只给了76分
而另一个软件Hard Disk Sentinel则仍然给了满分100分。

想请教一下这个参数的意义
