ATI has two new 55nm chips

RV635 and RV620
ATI is planning to release two new 55 nanometre based chips, the mainstream one is called RV635 and it's supposed to replace the RV630 and then we have the entry level RV620 that is supposed to replace the currently shipping RV615.

Both chips should be available in a February timeframe and we also heard a rumor about a possible R680 chip, but we don’t know much about it. ATI plays too much with its current codenames and we’ve seen roadmaps with R670 and R680 before.

The new 55 nanometre chips will have even better power consumption and a higher clock.
