But everytime I use the 'ctrl' button,my computer will be dead for 2-5 seconds.

check your language fence,if you can't open it ,you must be have something wrong with your keyboard.
if you can open your language fence,choose a correct language and type in chinese.
you also can try to choose some files with ctrl+.that will help you to findout where is the problem.
