标题: programmer for a next-gen console game
We have a next-gen console FPS project in Shanghai, now we need a few programmers in our team.

what are desired from the candidates:

1. smart
2. practical and hardworking
3. dedicated, responsible
4. eager to learn new stuff
5. loves playing games
6. loyal to the company and project
7. English communication ability

what we provide:

1. comfortable working environment
2. top notch development machine(quadcore + 8800 + 1-2 DELL 2407 LCD)
3. access UE3 code base
4. rare project opportunity in China
5. good salary
6. good training and travel opportunity(candidates who made it will be given class A pass of GDC China next year and opportunity to visit the company HQ in europe)

the followings are prefered but not necessary:

1. programming experience (if you don't have this, you need to be REALLLY smart)
2. game dev experience
3. console dev experience
4. experience in graphics, physics, network, AI, UI, server, algorithm, etc
5. unreal engine experience

Most of the fresh graduates don't have such expereience, but there're talents among them, we're just offering an opportunity.

If you're stupid, you are still stupid with years of experience.

If you're smart, you can kick ass after training and such. That's the point.

Bethesda Softworks : GAME PROGRAMMER -- Rockville, Maryland

REQUIREMENTS

B.Sc. in Computer Science and/or Mathematics.
Proficient with c++ and object-oriented programming.
Development experience in the games industry a plus.
Development experience on game consoles (Xbox360/PS3) a plus.
Experience with DX9 2.0 or above level Shaders and HLSL a plus.
Ability to contribute innovative and original ideas towards all aspects of game production and development.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Must work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Passion for making GREAT games.
Knowledge of Role Playing games and The Elder Scrolls or Fallout a plus.
