Right click on the speaker icon in the system tray and select play back devices # Z, m( L0 q# {3 ~8 E3 R5 b' w. H
Now right click on the speakers icon and select propeties( [& n: q+ m' j G" s' o$ Z
- w j2 I- U( F& R8 p; f0 K
In the custom tab tick enable i/o 5 D9 `! z$ R* L , L. b& f' e. I+ L7 \4 K( cThe in levels tab just un mute the spdif and digital8 x; h% v2 u8 ~3 P( s4 ?

Download the xfi driver from dell just go on the dell site and download for dell dimension xps 710( }2 F- X( U2 ]* Y Q
