Intel 早前提供的 4 系列 ( 代號 Eaglelake) 晶片組 A2 版本，出現 PCI-Express x16 繪圖接口錯誤，但已即時作出處理並完成修正，現時已得悉 Intel 將會在台灣 Computex 大會上發佈 4 系列晶片組，而 4 系列主機板產品可望最快在第 22 週 ( 即五月底 ) 量產。

據了解， Intel 早前提供的 Eaglelake 晶片組工程樣本 A2 版本，出現 PCI-Express x16 繪圖接口錯誤問題，主機板業者原預期要到 A3 版本才能解決問題，令 4 系列主機板產品出貨延一至兩星期，但在 Intel 全力除錯及修正後，上週已推出了全新修正 A2 版本，令 4 系列主機板產品得以準時上市。

據主機板業表示， Intel 在得悉問題後向主機板業者下達命令，要求把牽涉 PCI-Express 認証的部份先擱置，並繼續進其他認証部份，並在上週推出除了 PCI-Express x16 問題的 A2 版本晶片，雖然版本沒有改變，但 QDF 及 MM# 序號已作出更新以作出修正識別。

修正後的 A2 版本， P45 、 P43 、 G45 、 G43 、 Q45 及 Q43 的 QDF 序號分別由 QT35 、 QT38 、 QT33 、 QT34 、 QT36 及 QT37 ，改為 QU20 、 QU17 、 QU14 、 QU15 、 Q816 及 QU18 ， MM# 序號亦分別更新為 897486 、 897483 、 897480 、 897481 、 897482 及 897484 。
