R700 to launch in mid August

Radeon HD 4870 X2 Dual chip, Radeon HD 4870 X2 is aiming for mid August launch which serious availability toward early September. AMD plans yet another hard launch and it currently waits for the final driver. We believe that the launch driver for Radeon HD 4870X2 is Catalyst 8.8 and there is a beta of this driver available for testing purposes but its still not WHQL’d or polished enough for launch. With this launch, AMD should officially dethrone Nvidia from the performance leader place but we are sure that Nvidia works night and day to launch its 55nm reaction to this dual chip beast. From all we know, Radeon HD 4870 X2 is faster than Geforce GTX 280+ in most scenarios.

R700 8月中旬来临,全系列产品再九月初部署,计划中还有另款硬件发布,只是驱动还未确定!
发布后,AMD将夺回性能王者地位,与此同时,NV正夜以继日的赶工生产55NM芯片,以达成其双芯卡的愿望!
最后,我们知道,R700比还GTX280+还要快!

也许NV的55nm可以赶上AMD的dual chip beast hard launch,，不过不知道NV是不是hard launch。

翻译有点问题。。。
8月份，R700 会正式发布，9月初大量上市，同时AMD 准备了一次硬发布，等待最终驱动的完成。
始终是围绕R700的，不存在新的硬件。

应该是指GTX280 55nm 频率增强版吧
