Photofast G-Monster PCI-e SSD is a product by MobileMode Japan. Want to achieve fast startup OS time, a read speed of up to 750MB/s and write speed of up to 700MB/s  ?

Here is what that makes up this beast:

• 1 TB MLC with SDRAM as local cache (other sizes are available - 256GB/512GB)
• Hardware based RAID controller

The drive is stated to offer maximum read and write speeds of up to 750 MB/sec. and 700 MB/sec respectively.

Dimensions are as follows -  230 × 40 × 15mm (width × depth × height) and weight is around 680 grams
