关于希捷硬盘固件升级的问题

我的硬盘为希捷st3500320as，即Seagate第十一代500G、32M缓存的版本，固件版本号为AD14。我在网上看到一个帖子，据该网友称，st3500320as通过刷新固件至版本AD15，其读写性能有10%-20%的提升，可该网友并未提供具体更新方法。于是我浏览了希捷官网的技术支持和下载版面，其并未提供任何与固件相关的资料与下载。我只好拨打客服电话问询固件更新的相关服务，相关技术人员告诉我要通过E-mail方式与技术支持联系，即可得到相关操作流程的信息。于是我在希捷官网电邮页面发送了信息，一开始我发的是中文信息，但自动回复中显示我发送的信息全是乱码，只好多此一举发送英文的，如下：
My HDD is seagate st3500320as and its S/N is 5qm28zw4 and  (P/N) is 9Bx154-304。The firmware is ad14，but the buffer details can not be shown at some hardware detecting tools，I've heard about someone who get the newest firmware is ad15， that can upgrade the hdd’s performance ，so I just want to know， how and where can I get the newest firmware  and how to fresh it， many thanks！！

尊敬的用户，您好！

7200.11代产品因使用最新的技术，目前不能被第三方软件检测出内部参数及性能。您的硬盘不需要进行升级固件处理，希捷亦无相关固件提供，请放心使用。
