I graduated from RioAmericano High School in 1997 and then moved on to receive my BSin Computer Science with honorsfrom the University of California, SanDiego (UCSD) in 2001.  During my time at UCSD, I worked at the San Diego Supercomputer Center in theVisualization Group.  I came to theStanford University Computer Science department in the fallof 2001 and began pursuing my MS.  I received my MSin 2003 and I have since transitioned to the PhD program.  Mytime at Stanford has been spent in the Stanford Graphics Lab underthe advisement of Pat Hanrahan.  My research for 2006 and 2007 has been supportedby a generous IntelPhD Fellowship. I've completed my Comps, Quals,and defense of my dissertation, and handed in my dissertation in March 2008.I've taken a position as a System Architect in the Advanced TechnologyDevelopment Group at AMD.
