BCM5755M网卡断流故障

Dell D630笔记本 A:BCM5755M        B:DELL WIRELESS 1395
通过Buffalo WHR-G54-AP(192.168.70.1)上网,平时上网A接在路由器上 本机手动指定IP 192.168.70.2
每天都出现上传下载速度全部为0,用抓包软件看BCM5755M只往外发数据包,收不到数据包

这时BCM5755M不断发ARP数据包请求192.168.70.1的MAC,打开DELL WIRELESS 1395无线网卡试试能否上网
可以从WHR-G54-AP获取IP 192.168.70.144 (非绑定),抓包发现DELL WIRELESS 1395无线网卡始终能够正常和路由通信,DHCP获取IP,收到路由的SSDP包,还有路由请求192.168.70.2 MAC地址的ARP广播包,也能收到另一台有线连接到路由器的机子发的Browser广播包,但是电脑和外界的通讯依然是完全走有线,ping 路由的包是在BCM5755M上,更郁闷的是我把网线拔掉之后Ping路由的包还是在BCM5755M上,怀疑我的Server 2003 SP2 32bit有问题

无论插不插网线,Ping BCM5755M的IP 192.168.70.2都是通的,无线网卡打开之后Ping Dell WIRELESS 1395无线网卡的IP 192.168.70.144也是通的,这两个ping都抓不到数据包(ping本机的话是不是不经过网卡?为什么抓包抓不到呢?)
BCM5755M在请求路由器WHR-G54-AP的MAC,路由器WHR-G54-AP也在请求BCM5755M的MAC,但是好像BCM5755M既没有成功发送数据包也没有成功接收数据包
路由器始终工作正常,机子重启之后问题就解决了,但是不定期的又重现这个问题,只能重启,很郁闷

问题就是 为什么BCM5755M突然就失效了呢?  为什么网线拔下来之后数据传输还走BCM5755M呢? 这时应该走无线网卡了啊
出问题的时候用Broadcom Advanced Control Suite 2诊断 到回送-MAC的时候卡住,没出问题的时候可以通过
而且拔下网线之后BCM5755M的本地连接依然是连接状态,Broadcom Advanced Control Suite 2检测BCM5755M的连接是100Mbps半双工(注意此时网线已经拔下)
统计里面值得注意的是网卡用完接收缓冲区的次数是1,一般的时候都是0的,同时电缆分析功能无法执行,点测试之后什么都不显示
重装BCM5755M驱动依然无效,怀疑是系统问题,也有可能是网卡故障,抑或是网线的问题
如果判断是硬件问题还是软件问题呢? 这个问题一般是用了几个小时之后才出现,没有规律,一般白天使用的时候出现1-2次,晚上放着下载上传东西第二天早上起来看的时候基本上传下载早已为0KB/S了 必须重启,非常麻烦,暂时不想重装系统,请问有什么好方法可以解决吗?
我的电脑是Server 2003 sp2 32bit CHS,Server 2008 64bit ENG双系统

另外我的server 2003系统有几个毛病,就是网络连接无法禁止,设备无法禁用或删除(点完这个窗口就没反应了),只要用了这个功能接着就执行个没完没了,不知是不是我耐心不够的问题
