win7刷新率59Hz问题的官方解释

装了win7用，也遇到59Hz问题，没太关注，反正显示效果没什么差别。
偶尔看了nv驱动的Release Note，其中有提到这个问题，特拿来和纠结众分享一下。

Geforce Release Note中写道：

Windows Vista/Windows 7 32-bit Issues
Single GPU Issues
All GPUs
 After creating a custom resolution with refresh rate of 59 Hz, the new resolution
appears in the Add Resolutions page at 60 Hz and the corresponding check box is not
checked. [571459]

Limitation
 When switching the refresh rate from 59 Hz to 60Hz, the refresh rate remains at 59 Hz.

Microsoft的解释是：

某些监视器报告 TV 兼容的频率为 59.94Hz。 因此，针对该频率支持的每种解决方案，Windows 7 提供了两种频率：59Hz 和 60Hz。 59Hz 设置确保 TV 兼容的频率始终可用于 Windows Media Center 等应用程序。 60Hz 的设置保留了希望为 60Hz 的应用程序的兼容性。

在 Windows 7 中，用户选择 60Hz 时，OS 会存储 59.94Hz 的值。 不过，即使用户已选择 60Hz，也会在“控制面板”中的“屏幕刷新频率”中显示 59Hz。

我也碰到过了, 不知道怎么, 在WIN7下,GTS250,玩CS,会有水波纹,打起来十分不流畅. 还是用回XP了.
