CPU使用率巨大，全开和全关，CPU使用率，吞吐量没任何区别。。。
最新驱动，里面那么多校验和选项，还分IPV4,V6,TCP,UDP的。。。结果就是个大忽悠

8139就支持Checksum Offload了，不过这东西意义不大，千兆网速度全满的时候可能有用，百兆网开不开的吧，省不了多少CPU

CPU占用多可能是因为装了杀毒软件或者防火墙

最好还是marvell和intel的吧，marvell继承了3com的衣钵～

Marvell才是基本退出市场了。除了某些深圳杂牌还在用一些尾货之外，主流都不用Marvell了。
Broadcom还牢牢占据高阶商用市场。几个商用品牌机看看就知道了。
占有率最高的当然是Realtek。
