Before 2001 GGEC was mostly a nation-control-share company, but after that it gradually change to private holding company. And sell many share to its employee. In 2004 GGEC shoved themselves into China’ s Stock Market, acquired some opportunities to collect more capital.

They have very good techniques and rich loudspeaker experiences due to local engineer' s contribution in so many years. They are ISO9001 company, and in 2002, they passed QS9000 quality system and runs till now. Mr.Huo Peng, current engineer working in GGEC' s R&D department, is considered as the best electro-acoustics/transducer engineer in China. His name is well-known by JBL. Mr. Huo mainly in charge of JBL' s high level loudspeaker project and some Super-Power car speakers. "Generally, Although GGEC don' t have many money buy very good manufacture equipment, but their engineers are smart, always can find solution by other simply ways"---said by a Germany Acoustics Engineer. ' L- Y+ u$ z( L1 zAlthough GGEC has top Acoustics engineer of China, not all engineers are so good. Most of their part are made in house or supplied by its local suppliers, which located nearby Guangzhou and formed a supplier group or supply chain, such supplier donot have pretty good techniques and product appearance is not so good. On the other hand, GGEC is very cost saving so they don' t have sophisticate measuring equipment, their devices are quite old.

In addition, GGEC is quite familiar with exportation business they offen attend some big loudspeaker show in the world such like COMDEX, GGEC are a veteran who know how to deal with foreign companys and they also considered themselves as “No.1 Chinese LS company” so their product price is quite high, normally 20% higher than average level. |
