救命，风扇噪音大的像拖拉机，吓死人！！！！

我用的电脑是03年末买的，升技NF7+XP2000+,去年6月份的时候买了个富士康的机箱，好像是骄子861+吧，看重的就是他漂亮的外观还有前后留出来的12cm机箱风扇位，昨天，我跑去买了个Tt的机箱风扇，型号是TT-1929,标称21DBA...2000RPM转速......但是我装到电脑上后，发现噪音大的吓死人，听了不到2分钟，整个人头痛个半死，有点想吐的感觉，我看了一下BIOS检测到的，发现风扇转速1850RPM，和标称的差不多，为什么会这么吵呢？
我连接风扇的方法是，把那个大4PIN接口接到电源的4PIN上去，剩下的一个小的黄色小3PIN接口，我连到了主板的机箱风扇插口（就是类似于CPU风扇的接口一样，用于检测风扇转速的）上去了，这样子的接法应该没有错吧？？
我在tt官网看到这么一段英文的连接方法

大概意思是说黄的那根线应该接到主板上的读取风扇转速的那个接口上去，那么我的接法是没错的，为什么噪音大到这种地步？？？
