After search these and other forums i found a solution, although the graphics drivers were detecting my TV i ticked the "Force detection" box and rebooted. And YAY had the option to set up two independant monitors, so now i have full screen glory on my HDTV, while playing WoW/C&C 3 on my monitor.

大意就是点选上驱动中的强制侦测电视机选项，然后设置为两个独立的显示器，就能实现独立的全屏视频和游戏分立显示。

看上去就是dual view而已。
