1. Verify the SATARAID5 SiI3114 driver version to be 1.4.3.0 or the BASE SiI3114 driver version to be 1.2.0.5 or later. If the driver version precedes those noted, download the latest driver from www.siliconimage.com.

' p8 @( P( O/ s4 S# Cd. Right click on the “Silicon Image SiI3114 SATALink Controller” and select Properties from the pop-up menu

2. Ensure that a SATA device is plugged into a 3114 SATA port.! j# c! }' i2 [' a0 u2 E$ @3 \4 @
9 z& c8 a$ b1 `2 ], z3. Launch the Silicon Image ATA Controllers application from the Windows Control Panel.
