标题: 联想的凸主板能不能用Q8200
就是前一阵子比较热的288凸主板，用Q8200点不亮，不知有没有人在这个板子上用过4核的U?

我的刷了，bios revision level：5CKT29AUS 变为 5CKT46AUS

没研究出来有什么区别，应该支持Q8200的，貌似看过资料，忘记原文出处了。不知道怎么上图和文件

Installation README

This package updates the basic input/output system (BIOS) on
ThinkCentre M58 (type 6139, 6175, 6239, 6258, 6332, 6333, 7174,
7187, 7244, 7354, 7348, 7355, 7359, 7360, 7373, 7626, 7627, 7628,
7637, 7638, 7639, 8820, 8910, 9960) and  ThinkCentre M58p (type
6136, 6137, 6138, 6209, 6234, 7220, 7188, 7345, 7346, 7347, 7356,
7357, 7358, 7483, 7484, 7479, 7629, 7633, 7635, 8336, 8338, 9961,
9964, 9965) systems.

BIOS is programming that controls low-level hardware operations,
including interactions with diskette drives, hard disk drives,
and the keyboard. The BIOS is stored on a chip.  Your computer
uses flash BIOS, which can be updated through a program on a
flash diskette so that you do not have to replace the BIOS
chip to update the BIOS.

Do not write protect the flash diskette as this may cause the
flash process to hang.

Note: :If the downlevel or the current BIOS version is lower than 5
CKT28A, DO NOT use 5cjy46usa.exe (flash from operating system version)
directly to update the BIOS. Instead, 5cj946a.iso or 5cjt46a.zip should
be used to update the BIOS.

Print this file so that you can refer to it during the installation.

Downloading the package
=======================
1. Click the file link to download the file from the web page.
2. When prompted, select a drive and directory in which to save the downloaded
file.

Extracting the package
======================
1. Click Start, select Find or Search, then click Files and Folders.
2. Type 5cjy46usa.exe in the search field, then click Find Now.
This will locate the file you just downloaded.
3. Double-click the 5cjy46usa.exe icon.
4. Read the license agreement
5. Click I accept the terms in the license agreement.
6. Click Next.
7. Ensure that "Save files in folder" is set to
C:LenovoTOOLSFLASH5CJY46USA.
8. Click Next.
9. Click Finish.

Installing the package
======================
1.  Close all open applications.
2.  Click Start, then click Run.
3.  Type C:LenovoTOOLSFLASH5CJY46USAwinphlash.exe.
4.  Click OK.
5.  Follow onscreen instructions to update BIOS.

对了，升级BIOS的话，尽量用光盘模式刷新，不要用在Windows下面做。
还有5CKT29AUS是一个测试版的BIOS，一定要用光盘刷！
还有，大家刷了新的BIOS后要看看，主板的intel AMT 功能是否正常，在BIOS中能否显示出版本 ...

这个主板内存无法异步，e5200不硬改266外频的话，1066的ddr3的内存只能跑800的频率，E7是266的外频，内存能到1066，而e8、Q8是333外频，我没有用过，估计得上1333的ddr3才能点亮

q45的芯片组肯定是支持4核的，用这款板子的主机中就有4核的型号，lz的电源适配器是多少w的。这块板标配的适配器是130w。

说明说的很清楚低于5CKT28A需要用DOS过光盘刷新,别望了在WINDOWS下c:LenovoTOOLSFLASH5CJY48USAwinphlash.EXE /BBL 更新BOOTBLOCK

另外各位在CPU菜单里是否有CPU微码版本显示不同系列U显示不同
还有在BIOS主界面内BOOTBLOCK是什么版本
还有就是主板的PCB都是什么版本?

我有个Q45 MATX的小板FRU 46R1516 你们的板应该是46R1518的默认BIOS版本5CKT14A,BB也是这个版本换了很多种方式都刷不出来,一刷就黑,另外一个BB是5C21B的就用光盘更新没问题
