cpu温度过高自动关机,怎么办?

新换的5600+,没有风扇所以买了一个超频3青花做散热器,结果这两天温度飙升,一开机cpu就50度,打一会nba 2k10就飙到75度自动关机,应该怎么办啊?
难道超频3青花压不住5600+?
我的机箱是很老的机箱了,没有机箱风扇,里面线很乱是不是这个原因导致风道出了问题,热气排不出来啊?
另外新换的5670虽然功耗不大,但是温度也不低,是不是从7300gt升级到5670,也会进一步加大机箱的温度啊?

75度还没到热保护的问题啊、、、

热保护是不会关机的、、、是自动重启、、、

楼主检查完CPU散热部分可能还需要检查一下主板和电源

一,LZ的机箱散热不好,二,硅没上好,65纳米的K8不超频温度虽不如扣肉,但绝对算不上高,默认频率下用个二三十块的风扇绝对没问题。
