公版（MSI+EVGA)GTX460 768M + 1024M MOD bios，解开1.087v限制

Currently, there isn't a software tool released that fully supports the gtx460. I know that leaves gtx460 owners with very little options to get the utmost potential out of the cards due to the 1.087v voltage cap.

I've personally modified this bios to circumvent this cap. New cap is at 1.212v, which is plenty of voltage to get the clocks you want.

I've included a basic msi bios and a bios with evga as the vendor to allow you guys to use the oc scanner and evga only tools.

Just to throw up a teaser here is a vantage run on a water block only and a fan to blow on the vrm's.
