SUBJECT : Exports and Re-exports of LSI Products
REFERENCE: Export Compliance Notification
We acknowledge that LSI does not authorize use of its products, and will not sell products for use of for incorporation into a product that it is used, directly or indirectly for:
i) Life support or other medical applications;
ii) Avionics, air traffic control or other mission-critical applications relating to aviation; electronics suites of military aircraft and helicopters;
iii) Emergency communications systems or public safety applications;
iv) Any application that pose a significant risk or bodily injury or death;
v) The design development, production, stockpiling or use of chemical or biological weapons, nuclear programs (including activities related to nuclear explosive devices, nuclear reactors, and nuclear fuel-cycle activities) and maritime nuclear propulsion projects; or producing, or developing nuclear weapons, chemical and biological weapons, missiles, or any other weapons of mass destruction;
vi)Missiles including cruise and ballistic missile systems, space launch vehicles, sounding rockets, target drones, remotely piloted vehicles, and reconnaissance drones or missile-related programs or end uses; radar for searching, targeting or tracking system; command, control, communications or navigation systems; unmanned aerial vehicles capable of performing military reconnaissance, surveillance or combat support or any military use.
Please describe the project and service that the LSI product will support: (Example: to be used in manufacturing process, incorporated in the following products, for consumption with specific end use...).
We agree that no LSI product may be used, transferred, exported or re-exported to Embargoed Countries as:
Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Myanmar (formerly Burma) and Sudan without express U.S.
Government Authorization in the form of an export license.
We agree not to resell, transfer, re-export or to supply LSI products or encryption network services to, or for government end-users other than those of, or in:
Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, without prior authorization from our local and U.S. Government.
We agree not to resell, transfer, re-export LSI to any restricted destinations, organizations or individuals in countries as:
China, India, Israel, Pakistan, Russia, Liberia, Iraq, Zimbabwe, Balkans, Cote D'Ivoire (formerly Ivory Coast) and the Palestinian Territories or other ITAR Prohibited Countries as: Albania, Armenia, Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Libya, Vietnam, Haiti, Rwanda, Somalia, Venezuela, or Democratic Republic of the Congo (formerly Zaire), any UN Security Council arms embargoed country, without prior authorization from our local and U.S. Government.
The company agrees to advise LSI of any changes, which may affect the information as described above and not to engage in any re export or transfer without prior review by the U.S. Government.
