现在比较好买到的是D9DCN的和D9GKX的,这两个都是普通尺寸颗粒的,也简称小D9;D9DCN基本素质是2.2-2.4V DDR2 800 4-3-3-4,当然也有好的能够跑到850-900;D9GKX就强了,很多都可以跑DDR2 1000以上;还有些可遇不可求的,D9DQT之类大Fatboy D9,大颗粒,非常强,主要是Crucial和原厂RECC条,当然价格也贵上很多
