技嘉P31-DS3L 超不上去了, 为什么?

以前超E 6300 到3.1G  跟玩一样, 今天换了块P31DS3L , 死活上不去了. 超 2160 连300 X 9 2.7G 都进不了系统, 真不知道什么地方出了问题.

CPU散热器是 PD 的. 应该顶的住啊!

内存是金帮DDR 2 800  白金条. 频率异步成800 或者800以下了.

没感觉对OC有什么好处
BIOS里电压加到了1.45V了，还是过过不了394~
看来要么我RP不好，买到了个小雷
或者我的老电源不行
