您老看咨询就看一个地方一个字？到现在你还没搞清楚fudo到底想说160％还是60％。要是这么笃定为什么各大网站没像你这样翻，而是用1.6x（60％）替代160％？？当然你可以说这些都是枪网。看看vr-zone对fudo的消息是怎么写的：

UPDATE: As per the source article by Fuad, the phrase used “1.6 times faster” provides a certain degree of ambiguity. Technically, it should mean “2.6 times faster”, but in common speak, it can just as well imply “1.6 times as fast”. The other phrase used by Fuad is “1.6 times performance increase”, but that is equally ambiguous. However, a bit of Googling led to Fuad’s article from way back in December 2008, reporting about the Geforce GTX 295. As per the article, the GTX 295 would end up “1.7 times faster” than a single card. Naturally, a GTX 295 couldn’t be 170% faster than a single card, but 70% sounds like the correct increase. Therefore, it can be concluded that, according to Fuad’s use of the language, he most probably believes Evergreen will end up “1.6 times as fast as” HD 4870, as alluded to in the original article above. That is, if HD 4870 performance were 100 fps, Evergreen would churn out 160 fps. We apologize for the confusion. Fuad does not mention exactly which product from the Evergreen generation he is considering either. For comparison's sake, it would make sense that he were talking about Cypress, which is the successor to RV770. Of course, that number is nothing but unsubstantiated rumour at this point, and we encourage you to only consider it as such.

个人觉得现成的AMD有点像当年Ｉntel的Ｕ一样，狂管线，再改良　工艺超频，指标是上去了，当实际效果没有理论上的那样牛啊！

晕了，争论主题就是：
1.6 times faster than 被比较物 = 被比较物的160%....
还是 1.6 times faster than 被比较物 = 被比较物的260%....

字面上是 260%，但是客观数据上可能就只是160% 原作者语法错误？

只能说老外的日常英语是不追求语法的，更多的时候是按照他们的common sense来讲，而这个不会出现在大家的英语教科书里边。

是啊，日常有很多用语是书本上永远学不到的，中文也这样，但作为书面的东西，就一定要用正规用语了。那老外估计平时自由散漫惯了～
