2016年11月12日刚出厂的全新美行Inspiron 13 7378 二合一后空翻笔记本电脑，价格为3999元走香港自提线路。卖家将笔记本电脑运至转运公司的香港仓库即完成交货，买家需自行或委托他人及时前往转运公司香港自提点提取包裹并承担相应的费用。
如买家选择被动报关线路，则机器价格加100元，即4099元不含关税。海关抽查，如被抽中，买家需另外支付关税。

由于是美行产品，所以买家一旦签收后无法退货，同意的再拍。



另外，如果在到货前买家放弃购买需扣除总价3999元的15%作为违约金。
