working, either through Composite or S-Video, in Windows 2000 or( |. J* a( j$ @9 ]3 |6 D# \) d
Linux, and I was curious if anyone else has or is having the same

' V, w# x" @4 x: x: especify NTSC for the TV out format Nothing has had an effect on the

to another tv. Same problems. Also tried loading linux, to see if

(AGP-NV-DVI) back from the RMA department. I hook up all the parts and! H6 t e6 U6 H( p, \
pieces to the power supply and the SAME PROBLEM. Exactly the same as
' W+ U. w! D; t# W/ X4 Mthe last time. I did notice one new thing. When I went to check the3 S2 @3 Q4 |# _% }! F
connection of the Composite Video Cable a small spark jumped from the
5 q ^4 Z, n+ P2 c( uAGP Cards resistor, Marked R20??, to the AGP Connector on the system3 @4 Y' j- E3 ^( v- C5 S7 X
board, causing the system to reset and including the CMOS. That
. y& ^& d( q3 [8 w, N& o1 H: mdoesn't look good at all. Funny thing is that was happening before I; q+ s& B3 E8 d3 w' M2 x
just didn't notice it, and I think thats what caused the last failure.
3 g) x* n) i4 d: bBottom line the Card and System still don't do what I need them to do.& W5 E8 o. f' ^5 f, z* l5 ~& ]+ J; b
Help with this feature would be greatly appreciated since it is why I: e- C0 f& q# E& m' y

* O4 b8 g# W/ j* {a good thing. This is two power-type issues you have had since
$ Z* ~5 a6 o6 Vchanging the power supply--perhaps there is something wrong with the7 s8 S( `- P" E$ T, d7 P& J/ m$ b4 G
Antec you picked up? The parts you received from RMA either a) worked
3 i; x% k6 |" iproperly in their lab after repair, or b) were sent as working0 Y4 ]- K: _; F$ g: R
replacements for the parts you sent to them. Either way, they should
2 A& b/ v' c; kfunction correctly. Since you had a problem initially when using the) e' ^0 Z5 Y/ C
Antec, and now are having what looks like static problems, perhaps
# O ?5 t2 g' Y9 y! p9 dthat particular power supply has issues of its own.

$ ~1 A; u; q: w0 ]6 q, VRegarding the TV out problem: Make sure the television is turned on1 I. z! f* S9 E9 S" ?0 u9 M5 f k) [
and connected to the card before turning on the computer. You may also0 g0 `4 T7 Z' x. b+ r+ ^
want to try a different video cable to see if that helps.4 e8 Y }0 x5 s& V2 ~/ H. k
) R# W, U7 P/ `( wIf a different power supply doesn't help the condition of the boards,
$ t% j R. `1 R* I3 s( Funfortunately the only option left is to contact RMA once again.
