[size=200%]PCI-EXPRESS
[size=150%]1. Ssdworld pci-eXtreme Combo
In the package you will find the best RAID controller in the world, with the best SSD in the world.
Available here in 160GB, 320GB, 1'250MB/s read 900MB/s write. See test evaluation section
[size=150%]2. Fusion.io, PCI-Express x4.
Flash NAND SLC with claimed 700MB/s read 600MB/s write, 107'000IOPS random write @4KB.
For real performances click here. Read more about fuisonio here, our test evaluation, and the drop performances problem we found here, (available here)

[size=200%]SATA SLC
[size=150%]1. Soliware P100 SLC, claimed 110MB/s read 110MB/s write. Preliminary Test evaluation, (available at lowest price here). 4'000IOPS
[size=150%]2. Memoright GT, claimed 120MB/s read 120MB/s write. Test evaluation, (available at lowest price here). 3'000 IOPS. Three layer wear-leveling, 100GB/day for 150years. ECC<10(-14). UPS-like system inside.
[size=150%]3. Mtron Pro 7500, claimed 130MB/s read 120MB/s write. Test evaluation, (available at lowest price here). 560 IOPS.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[size=200%]SATA MLC
[size=150%]1. Intel X-25 MLC Soon the test evaluation, we know already that he have a massive decreasing performance if used in a multi-users environment (server), we want to test it in a multitasking environment (desktop). 213MB/s read 75 MB/s write, more than 2'000 IOPS, but if stressed it can decrease at only 0,4MB/s write and 0,7ms acces time!
[size=150%]1a. Soliware MLC Test Evaluation, (available at lowest price here). 972 IOPS. The read performance are not so high than the Intel X-25MLC, the write performances are higher (the Soliware MLC 64GB have more than 100 MB/s write, the Soliware MLC 32GB have 70MB/s) , and the IOPS are stable and without problem even if it is intensive stressed.
[size=150%]2. Memory Corp F4 MLC Test Evaluation, (available at lowest price here)
[size=150%]3. OCZ Core V2 Test Evaluation, (available at lowest price here)
PS:
a) Who received the "best of Tomshardware 2008" , for the best ratio price/performance is the Samsung wit 90MB/s read and write, available here.
Please note: the Mtron MOBI 3000 -who is older than the Samsung SSD- have better performances and lower price:
Click here for the Samsung performances, here for the Mtron MOBI 3000 performances.
Click here for the Samsung price, here for the Mtorn MOBI 3000 price.
b) Now the Best SSD in price/performance is the Soliware MLC, with better performances (and also 970 IOPS where the Mobi3000 have 545 IOPS, and the Samsung have only 24 IOPS).
Read more about the Soliware MLC in the Test Evaluation, available at lowest price here
