PM5的怨念（续）

从年前一直找到情人节也没找到对有保障的新货.发了封信给EMU发牢骚.今天还收到回信了,随便看看哈.似乎的确是尴尬的价位导致了这箱子的短命,尽管EMU自己也认为物超所值.红字也算他们的怨念吧......还真是有点"大腕"的味道.

老怨念帖被锁了,这帖就当继续求神了,赐我一对PM5吧

Thank you for your email and comments. The E-MU PM5 speaker is a

. _; d2 w: v4 }% a9 |* H7 r# C; ]  }where the PM5 was being sold. While we felt we offered exceptional
0 A3 T7 G6 i) \quality and value for the money, in hind sight it appears that we should
7 l# [2 `$ Q) P8 `; q" yof charged more money for them.

0 H! P. Q0 t# Y! E) fThere are no ther E-MU speakers at this time. Tech support is not the
place where future, new features or product development is discussed.
- V6 [) [+ T' |# K" j3 m; `/ [Nor is it the place where we discuss or disclose upcoming product
: O% x# n8 b4 |. Tdevelopment or non released features and functions. That is done via
marketing, usually through an official press release, usually done at a
trade show event and/or posted on our website. We will pass your request
on to both management and marketing

其实我也问了有没有其他后续产品．．．人家第二段说了，没有其他ＥＭＵ音箱．．．．．．然后就踢皮球给市场和管理部门了．

speaker market is very crowded and it seems users either buy the cheap

0 r& ^0 @# f1 ]# u/ y云云...PM5因为没有需求量已经断供超过6个月了.音箱市场错综复杂但是消费者往往要么选择便宜的低端产品,要么就买hi end级别的.
6 Q# }. g6 T; a, U0 B  aPM5所在的中端价位很少有人问津.尽管我们对此箱倾注甚多,自我感觉物超所值,但是事后看来似乎当初应该卖得贵一些(反而会卖得好).

目前没有其他型号的EMU音箱.技术支持部不是用来展望未来、新产品特色、产品发展之类东西的（我信是发给技术支持及售后的)
。也不是用来讨论、发布新产品或者展示新功能及特色的。这些一般都是通过新闻发布会、展销会或者在我们的网站上发布。我们会把你的
& y+ }9 U" D0 s请求转交给我们的管理及市场部门。

泡水货理应由保险公司直接报废，可是不良商家却将这些质量没有保障的东西低价卖到市场，这些泡水货的序列号没有出库记录，创新是不保修的。
& _0 v# J, b1 C$ j  V$ B8 o如果商家说是全新的，你可以打电话给创新400客服，查询序列号，如果400告诉你这个序列号创新负责保修，那就真是全新的了。
9 u/ T) h0 b# X$ l1 f另一位朋友问欧洲的货，我想欧洲那边应该没那么巧也有洪水吧？中国泡水的东西卖到欧洲去，肯定是不划算的。
