0 |5 }! I* @2 b6 [  C$ M从年前一直找到情人节也没找到对有保障的新货.发了封信给EMU发牢骚.今天还收到回信了,随便看看哈.似乎的确是尴尬的价位导致了这箱子的短命,尽管EMU自己也认为物超所值.红字也算他们的怨念吧......还真是有点"大腕"的味道.

speaker market is very crowded and it seems users either buy the cheap
* U# x4 U/ O4 E. X; P( Ystuff or buy the hi-end stuff, but few buy in the middle price range
- M% ^9 L' S* ?; N# l) n8 dwhere the PM5 was being sold. While we felt we offered exceptional
quality and value for the money, in hind sight it appears that we should
9 p; o5 n& D6 \3 S5 {5 z. K2 kof charged more money for them.

  A/ M) X" c0 ZThere are no ther E-MU speakers at this time. Tech support is not the
place where future, new features or product development is discussed.
Nor is it the place where we discuss or disclose upcoming product
8 c: M$ x( Y2 ldevelopment or non released features and functions. That is done via
8 S/ @8 i3 `6 _marketing, usually through an official press release, usually done at a
3 l- c% n* I6 U: }+ ytrade show event and/or posted on our website. We will pass your request

其实我也问了有没有其他后续产品．．．人家第二段说了，没有其他ＥＭＵ音箱．．．．．．然后就踢皮球给市场和管理部门了．

随便瞎译译吧.
云云...PM5因为没有需求量已经断供超过6个月了.音箱市场错综复杂但是消费者往往要么选择便宜的低端产品,要么就买hi end级别的.
; C, z( U2 o% y6 v7 Y% q/ e: P* vPM5所在的中端价位很少有人问津.尽管我们对此箱倾注甚多,自我感觉物超所值,但是事后看来似乎当初应该卖得贵一些(反而会卖得好).
" f6 D& q$ D3 z+ W1 ~, F
目前没有其他型号的EMU音箱.技术支持部不是用来展望未来、新产品特色、产品发展之类东西的（我信是发给技术支持及售后的)

去年创新东莞库房赶上洪水，上千万的货被泡了，其中最令我们可惜的，就是那最后的几十台EMU PM5

7 I1 ?4 d* @  a$ P: k泡水货理应由保险公司直接报废，可是不良商家却将这些质量没有保障的东西低价卖到市场，这些泡水货的序列号没有出库记录，创新是不保修的。
* M8 r8 K% C0 G% G2 s: R' J如果商家说是全新的，你可以打电话给创新400客服，查询序列号，如果400告诉你这个序列号创新负责保修，那就真是全新的了。
, K; q8 Z: b4 s( ~; v" T另一位朋友问欧洲的货，我想欧洲那边应该没那么巧也有洪水吧？中国泡水的东西卖到欧洲去，肯定是不划算的。
