TPU的测试里，450的驱动用的也是260.52，其他N卡用的是259

其实楼主发的这个外国评测，我看了之后，450相对5770的领先幅度，不比zol、pcpop这些网站小。

the one beats hd5770 in this review is 875MHz GTS450. 783MHz GTS450 is what the review called as fast as HD5770 (it is slightly slower than 5770 as one can see from the review).
There are a few other reviews came out right now. The conclusion is almost the same, GTS450 with frequency >=875 is faster than hd5770, while GTS450 with 783MHz is between HD5750 and HD5770.
