Fixes and Enhancements:

Fixes

1. Corrects a potential scenario where a drive may repeatedly fail during i/o.
2. Fixes an issue in which IEEE scatter gather lists may be misinterpreted by firmware leading to possible PCIe fatal error.
3. Fixes an issue where more than 12 drives may result in a Foreign configuration after an AC power-up.

Enhancements/Tasks
======================
1. Adds support for drives larger than 2TB.


Additional Information
NOTE: Controllers with NV Cache can not be flashed back to the A00 firmware revision, this action is blocked.
