求 DELL 版声卡专用接口的针脚定义

本人刚刚从单位拿来一块创新的 SB0200(烂卡一张，表 BS 我:sweatingbullets:)

禁用了集成声卡之后，前置的音频接口就没有声音了，所以想求一下 DELL 声卡专用接口的针脚定义，把机箱的前置音频接口重新利用起来，这样比较方便。不知哪里可以找到这种接口的定义:wacko:
