I just realized your using Gmail from Google. I sent the firmware
yesterday, but Gmail does not allow attachments.
Please provide another Email address that we can send the firmware to you

You will need to pull the hard drive out of the computer. Look on the
white sticker for the serial number, and the firmware there. As well as
the model number.

Several issues have been reported with hard drives supporting NCQ,
possibly including long boot times. .... in xp sp2 the system have nvdia
amd driver6.7
These issues are typically resolved with ahard drive firmware upgrade.
let me contact hard drive manufacturer for details on how to obtain and
install a hard drive firmware upgrade.
