求教超频遇到的问题，请XD们帮忙！关于DFI NF4-D内存参数设置问题

我的系统：
DFI LP UT NF4-D        Thermalright HR05-SLI
OP185 @ 3G  250*12 Thermalright Ultra120
OCZP5002GXTC-K 官网参数：3-3-3-8 @ 250MHZ 2.7V，SPD 3-3-3-10 @ 2.5V，根据介绍应该是 MT 5B-F 颗粒。
海韵S12+ 650W
蓝宝石 HD3870

现情况如下：
我的CPU：OP185 @ 3G  250*12，内存异步3-3-3-8 @ 200MHZ 跑ORTHOS 3小时无任何差错。跑3DMARK06、WOW连续10小时以上，COD4全部OK。
      内存：3-3-3-8 @ 250MHZ 2.7V memtest86+ 1.65 200% OK
问题如下：OP185 @ 3G +  OCZ 3-3-3-8 @ 250MHZ 2.7V，可以进XP，跑PI 32M 没问题，3DMAR06也没问题。跑ORTHOS才2分钟就出错，参数调了很多次，还是无法跑。

主要是不知道红字那2个参数设置是否正确！前一个参数 Level 6 和 Level 8都试过！
