Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-1800 有卖的，想败个玩玩，请教老鸟給看看值吗？

都说 Hauppauge 的卡好，没玩过。看到网站上有介绍，淘宝上也有卖。但数字是atsc美洲的，价格还不错，不知道值不值。还有一堆是懂非懂的英文，那位老鸟給指点一下，或者給推荐一款好点的。都过年了别浪费了自己银子。

这是好卡没错，不过国内根本没用，另外驱动还需要完善（本身的Wintv实在是只能放，第三方应用软件支持几乎是必需的）。

NTSC/ATSC/QAM

NTSC----国内是PAL，根本无法收到国内的模拟电视信号

ATSC---国内不会采用ATSC作为无线数字电视传播制式，完全没用

QAM--支持ClearQAM，不加密的情况下可以收有线数字电视，但格式依旧是ATSC体系的，国内完全没有使用的可能。

Hauppauge的东西是很好，但是要找也只能找欧版的，北美版本在国内没有可用的地方。

你这块卡，在国内最多能使用一下caputer功能，当不了电视卡的。

送的IR也不是hauppauge原配，另外 补充下，FM国内可用，总之除了电视功能，什么都能用

商家说 模拟是全制式的，国内pal可以用。只是可惜数字国内不能用。所以只能当模拟电视卡用了。但不知道采集效果如何？请教一下这是什么芯片的？效果如何？
