AllM-Audio devices, drivers, and software have been qualified for use withWindows XP Service Pack 3; however not all driver installers are SP3compatible. This means that if the driver for your M-Audio device isalready installed, upgrading to SP3 should not cause you any problems.

& C) q3 A' }1 d4 K& jIfyou have already installed Service Pack 3 and are unable to install anM-Audio driver, you can use Add or Remove Programs to remove SP3 andrestore your computer to its previous state. Once your M-Audio driveris installed under SP2, you can reinstall SP3.2 a1 ~) c1 v/ y' C1 m; R* f- r0 U

To remove Service Pack 3 by using Add or Remove Programs:# e A5 k! W" E8 J0 J- p! z

2. Click Add or Remove Programs, click Windows XP Service Pack 3, and then click Remove.
